We’ve been talking up Kurt Larson’s new wicked indie hybrid, Son of Ghostman. There’s a very valid reason for our praise: the film, while not solely horror, is absolutely bad ass. Genuinely entertaining, Son of Ghostman is heavy on precise character development and meaningful plot. It’s not the kind of film that’s going to scare the shit out of you, but it is the kind of flick you’re going to watch more than once.
And I’m not the only one with this opinion. The movie has earned heavy praise from a slew of media outlets, and was just nominated for Best Independent Feature at this year’s Rondo Awards. It’s a passion-heavy micro-movie that’s turning heads, and if we can be a part of the promotional campaign, we’re happy.
