Written by: Wesley Thomas

After

When two bus crash survivors awake to discover that they are the only people left in their town, they work together to unravel the truth behind the strange events. Thrilling, exciting and intriguing!

Dream House

Some say that all houses have memories. For one man, his home is the place he would kill to forget. A family unknowingly moves into a home where several grisly murders were committed…only to find themselves the killer’s next target.

An all-star cast with Daniel Craig, Naomi Watts & Rachel Weisz. Tense, unnerving and captivating.

Faces in the Crowd

A horror-thriller centered on a woman living with “face-blindness” after surviving a serial killer’s attack. As she lives with her condition, one in which facial features change each time she loses sight of them, the killer closes in. Milla Jovovich is flawless in this horror/mystery. You’ll be in the edge of your seat throughout!

Evidence

Detectives Burquez and Reese are desperately hunting for answers as to why five people were brutally murdered at an abandoned gas station in the middle of the desert. The only evidence they have is captured video footage found on the victims’ cameras and cell phones. This one is completely chilling.

Night Watch

A law student, who takes a job as a night watchman at a morgue, begins to discover clues that implicate him as the suspect of a series of murders. An oldie but a goody, with Ewan McGregor taking the lead in this unsettling movie.

Banshee Chapter

BANSHEE CHAPTER follows investigative journalist, ANNA, researching a missing friend who ingested an undocumented research chemical once tested on civilians by CIA MK-Ultra experiments. The labyrinthine trail of evidence leads her into the disturbing world of black ops chemical tests, unexplained radio transmissions and disfigured entities in the blackness of night. Anna will do anything to uncover what lies behind her friend’s disappearance but to her horror the entities are coming after her. Smart, filmed very well, excellent acting, and utterly addictive.

Stir Of Echoes

Tom’s a regular guy, a utilities lineman, married, with a young son, his wife is pregnant; he hangs out with long-time pals in a Chicago neighborhood. At a party, his sister-in-law hypnotizes him, and he goes into a deep trance. Before waking him, she suggests that he keep his mind open. That night he sees flashes of violence and the ghost of a young woman. His young son, too, is “a receiver,” but while the boy is calm and coherent in his conversations with spirits, Tom is confused and agitated. Over time, the young woman’s story comes to the surface, and Tom begins a hunt for her body that puts him and his usually understanding wife, Maggie, in grave danger. A classic, starring Kevin Bacon.

Jennifer 8

A big-city cop from L.A. moves to a small-town police force and immediately finds himself investigating a murder. Using theories rejected by his colleagues, the cop, John Berlin, meets a young blind woman named Helena, who he is attracted to. Meanwhile, a serial killer is on the loose and only John knows it. Uma Thurman shines in this nail-biting horror/mystery/suspense flick!

The Awakening

In 1921, England is overwhelmed by the loss and grief of World War I. Hoax exposer Florence Cathcart visits a boarding school to explain sightings of a child ghost. Everything she believes unravels as the ‘missing’ begin to show themselves. This is excellent! A great British horror/mystery. Creepy kids, tension, and great scenery.
