‘Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children’ Welcomes a New Featurette

Ransom Riggs’ Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children series has been flying from shelves since landing there. It’s a major hit with teens who still enjoy reading, and the story itself sounds absurdly compelling… a little bit of teenie bopper appeal with a wealth of dark and eerie material tossed in for good, creepy measure.

Who doesn’t love the sound of that?

While we’ve already shown you the official trailer (you can look at it again directly below), we haven’t yet shared this slick new featurette. Give it a look below, it should work to get you excited for the September 30th release.

The cast includes Eva Green (Dark Shadows, Penny Dreadful), Asa Butterfield (Hugo, Ender’s Game), Ella Purnell (Kick-Ass 2, Maleficent), Allison Janney (American Beauty, Finding Nemo), Terence Stamp (Wanted, The Limey), and Rupert Everett (Cemetery Man, Shrek) with Judi Dench (Skyfall, Casino Royale) and Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction, The Hateful Eight).

Synopsis: When Jake discovers clues to a mystery that spans alternate realities and times, he uncovers a secret refuge known as Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. As he learns about the residents and their unusual abilities, Jake realizes that safety is an illusion, and danger lurks in the form of powerful, hidden enemies. Jake must figure out who is real, who can be trusted, and who he really is.
