We all love to fantasize.

What would happen if Freddy fought Pinhead? Could Freddy get to Pinhead in the dream world? Does Pinhead dream? Does Pinhead sleep?

We enjoy creating these ridiculous fantasy collisions because we know they’ll very rarely, if ever happen on screen. Long gone are the days of monster crossovers. When they come along now, we know to appreciate what we’ve been given, because it’s going to be quite some time before we see another crossover.

Although we frequently wish for famous monsters to meet on screen, our only true means of feeding these fantasies lies within the pages of comic books, and snuggles in the imaginations of fans. And there’s nothing wrong with that. We like to chat about our favorites and what could one day be an awe inspiring battle. Why not? Why not talk about it right now?
