The ‘Annabelle 2’ Teaser Trailer Has Arrived… But is it Worth Watching?

We all know that Annabelle wasn’t exactly a mind blowing film. In fact, we all know that Annabelle was a pretty dull film that lacked scares just as it lacked intrigue. It was a flat, forgettable flick, but will Annabelle 2 emerge as an early franchise revival? We’ve got a little teaser that doesn’t offer up too much, though there is hope, just glancing at this slice of footage.

David F. Sandberg, who’s still riding the successful wave that Lights Out produced, will be the man in the director’s chair.

Stephanie Sigman, Alicia Vela-Bailey, Miranda Otto and Anthony LaPaglia star in the film.

Expect Annabelle 2 to hit theaters on May 19, 2017.

Synopsis: Several years after the tragic death of their little girl, a dollmaker and his wife welcome a nun and several girls from a shuttered orphanage into their home, soon becoming the target of the dollmaker’s possessed creation, Annabelle.
