Hang With the ‘Clowntown’ Gang this Weekend in Burbank!
Clowntown (here’s our review) is no doubt one of the better indie pics to land in our laps in 2016. It’s brimming with heart and features a slew of legitimately eerie scenes. In 2016, when clown terror has reached new societal heights (or is it lows?) Clowntown manages to actually frighten. That’s a rarity. It’s also a very valid reason to push this little spirited pic with force.
The cast and crew are embracing the grind in order to ensure that a horde of genre fans takes the time to tune in. In fact, the group behind the movie are so dedicated to building the greatest fan base possible, they’re digging their heels in and making a stand, and they’re doing it on a scale that your everyday fan can not only experience, but respect.
It’s getting guerilla for those involved with Clowntown.
That means these folks aren’t afraid to stroll into stores to sign autographs and chat with fans. This maneuver is absolutely genius, as fans love to interact with movie makers and actors. Really, the dedicated followers of the genre will appreciate this kind of motion far more than a little social media interaction.
The promotional run for the film is going to do nothing but good for sales and reputation, and that’s just another reason we’re eager to support the film and those behind it.
You’ll have a chance to express your support and gratitude soon, as well, as this Saturday horror addicts will have the chance to shake hands and get those autographs signed when the gang heads for Dark Delicacies in Burbank.
Read on for the scoop on where and precisely when you can hang with the Clowntown crew!
