Darren Lynn Bousman is the real deal. He directed a few of the strongest Saw installments in existence, gifted us kick ass musical horror pics like Repo! The Genetic Opera, crafted a super-mean thriller in Mother’s Day and ensured we’d never dare venture near Jersey Devil territory with The Barrens.

Now Bousman is back with Abattoir, a supernatural chiller that captures the ‘evil small town’ idea wonderfully.
