Shudder Adds ‘Blind Sun’ and ‘The Interior’ to February Lineup

Shudder continues to make big moves in the VOD world. Long gone are the days of fighting to find their footing, Shudder is completely coming into its own, and the good folks behind the scenes are beginning to add some superb films.

Last month we got a chance to look at Sadako vs. Kayako, and this month we’re seeing new arrivals in Blind Sun and The Interior, two promising flicks.

Here’s the run down on Blind Sun:

In sun-soaked Greece, midst a drought, an immigrant named Ashraf is hired to look after a villa. But after being targeted by local police and town bureaucracy, Ashram descends into a scorched nightmare. Growing more unsettling as it unravels, Joyce A. Nashawati’s frightening fever dream is a timely, stunning image of unease.

And here’s the synopsis for The Interior:

And speaking of an unraveling mind, new on Shudder is THE INTERIOR, an eerie and unexpectedly funny indie from director Trevor Juras. In the film, a young man with a distressing diagnosis, retreats into the wilderness for solitude, only to find he’s not alone.

You can check out both films right now over on Shudder.
