J.J. Abrams is Launching a Brand New Hulu Original Show Based on Stephen King’s Castle Rock!

I could sit here and gush over how amazing J.J. Abrams is, and I could sit here and gush over how quickly Hulu is becoming a certified power player in the original VOD content landscape. I could gush much, much longer about Stephen King’s fictional town of Castle Rock, I mean, come on, it’s been a focal setting or major reference point for a slew of King’s stories like The Dead Zone, Needful Things, Cujo, The Dark Half, and on and on.

But I’m not going to waste any more of your time.

Abrams is bringing Castle Rock to Hulu, and you’ll more than get the idea of how special this is after checking out this awesome trailer!

This will be the second time Hulu has hosted a Stephen King original. 11/22/63, which starred James Franco was an excellent series, which only gives us more hope that we’re on the cusp of something special here.
