The Terminator Returns this Summer

If you love Arnie, and you love the Terminator franchise, then you’ll no doubt be excited when we tell you that the T-800 will return to the big screen when Terminator 2 revisits theaters in 3D format. You’ll be able to catch this beautiful masterpiece on August 25th.

James Cameron directs from a script he and William Wisher Jr. wrote together.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong, Robert Patrick, and Joe Morton star.

The original release of Terminator 2: Judgment Day was wildly successful, the film opening in the top slot with a weekend take of $31 million. The flick eventually grossed more than $200 million on the domestic market with an additional $315 million from international markets.

Synopsis:

Over 10 years have passed since the first cyborg called The Terminator tried to kill Sarah Connor and her unborn son, John Connor. John Connor, the future leader of the human resistance, is now a healthy young boy. However another Terminator is sent back through time called the T-1000, which is more advanced and more powerful than its predecessor. The Mission: to kill John Connor when he’s still a child. However, Sarah and John do not have to face this threat of a Terminator alone. Another Terminator is also sent back through time. The mission: to protect John and Sarah Connor at all costs. The battle for tomorrow has begun…
