‘XX’ is Bound for Homes in May!

XX was a unique and very intriguing pic. An anthology crafted by savvy females exclusively, viewers are afforded a couple of unorthodox performances, and some unexpected twists. As a whole, the film is a very entertaining anthology. It may not rival the greats that history has given us, but you won’t lose looking into this one!

XX is available on Blu-ray on May 23, 2017. It’s actually already live and waiting for you to stream it from one of the many VOD outlets, if you’re not interested in actually collecting the disc, that is!

Annie Clark (aka St. Vincent) helms “THE BIRTHDAY PARTY”; Karyn Kusama (The Invitation) helms “HER ONLY LIVING SON”; Roxanne Benjamin (Southbound) helms “DON’T FALL”; and Jovanka Vuckovic directs “THE BOX.” Award-winning animator Sofia Carrillo will direct the wraparound.

Synopsis:

XX is a female-driven horror anthology with each director given full creative license to tell any story they choose revolving around a female protagonist. While the directors have been given free creative rein within budget and time constraints, all of the segments themselves involve the horror genre.
