Possible Formula Changes Ahead for The Conjuring 3
The first two Conjuring movies were similar in plot: haunted house terrorizing family. The third time around, in an attempt to do something different, filmmakers are considering covering a lesser known Warren case not about ghosts–possibly a werewolf, according to director James Wan, who may not direct this one. Producer Peter Safran had this to say: “Clearly we can’t do another haunted house movie, right? We can’t do another supernatural possession in a house, with a family in peril. Right? So, it’s got to be something different than that, I think.” Seeing as how the film hasn’t begun production yet, we’ll just have to wait and see.
