Netflix Welcoming Legendary Nintendo Game, ‘Castlevania’ to its Strong Lineup of Animated Tales

You’re welcome to call me a nerd, or a geek, or any other four-letter work you can think of. It won’t change how I feel about the amazing Castlevania franchise.

The games were amazing, and stretched across numerous platforms. It was also one of the earlier horror titles available on the classic NES, which no doubt gave it a hint of an edge over oncoming competition.

Well, we’re not actually here to discuss any video games, we’re here to discuss the upcoming animated series, Castlevania.

The first season, which consists of four 30-minute episodes, premieres on Netflix on July 7th.

The animated series is written by best-selling author and comic book icon The legendary author Warren Ellis writes and executive produces. Also lineup as producers are, Kevin Kolde, Fred Seibert, and Adi Shankar. It stars Fred Tatasciore, Alejandra Reynoso, and James Callis.
