‘A Cure for Wellness’ Leads the DVD and Blu-ray Releases This Week
While the new disc releases this week leave a bit to be desired, there are a small group of winners in this bunch. A Cure for Wellness is the obvious marquee title, but don’t snooze on the other films landing on shelves today!
A Cure for Wellness
An ambitious young executive is sent to retrieve his company’s CEO from an idyllic but mysterious “wellness center” at a remote location in the Swiss Alps. He soon suspects that the spa’s miraculous treatments are not what they seem. When he begins to unravel its terrifying secrets, his sanity is tested, as he finds himself diagnosed with the same curious illness that keeps all the guests here longing for the cure.

After a freak accident during her baby shower, Allison, a dedicated nurse, is rushed to the hospital. After the premature birth of her son Neron, strange events emerge: illusions, vivid dreams, and unexplained killings.
