Another Delay for ‘Amityville: The Awakening’
The umpteenth Amityville movie has been in development hell for half a decade. The film has had several failed release dates spanning back from 2012 to January of 2017. This time it was supposed to be released on June 30, but the premiere has been pushed back again. And now there’s no release date at all.
The latest adventure in the franchise features Jennifer Jason Leigh, Bella Thorne, and McKenna Grace, and Cameron Monaghan as the unfortunate family moving into the unbelievably cheap murder house.
Details are sparse regarding the nature of the push-backs, but since the movie has been completed, presumably we’ll be able to see it someday. Judging by the trailer (below), it looks derivative and like it relies too heavily on jump scares anyway.

Addicted to Horror Movies 
just face it everybody dimension don’t want us to see this movie if they did they would come up with the money to release it they lost the Halloween franchise so that alone should tell you something this studio just seem not to be releasing a lot of movies here lately i am tired of hearing Amityville gets a new release date so dimension if your reading this get real get over it fans are tired of waiting for Amityville. maybe you should sell this movie to someone who cares and quit playing these games they are getting old as a fart.
