Robert Englund Explains the Failure of ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’ Remake

A Nightmare on Elm Street

Most of us live online these days. I try not to do that, as I’ve got a large family and a temperamental dog. I can’t really afford to be plugged in 24 hours a day, so to speak. But the time I spend away from the net often produces great stuff that’s worth a nice long look.

Today I found my missing treasure: an awesome interview in which Robert Englund shares his opinion on why the 2010 remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street failed. I’ll give you a hint: it wasn’t Jackie Earle Haley.

This video is a few years old, so there’s no doubt a lot of you have seen it. But, it’s worth another look, and if it’s a first time viewing for you, remember, you’re not alone!

In other news, man has now officially walked on the moon.
