A Huge Happy Birthday to ‘Carrie’ and ‘RoboCop’ Star Nancy Allen!

Nancy Allen turns 67 years old today, and we’re happy to wish this lovely lady a big happy birthday!

If the name isn’t ringing a bell, the face should: Allen appeared in plenty of genre flicks, some of which are now recognized as iconic films. The woman spent plenty of time contributing to our wonderful genre!

Allen’s been away from cameras for nearly a decade now, but it’s always a fun idea to return to some of her real horror highlights, which include the genre mash-up RoboCop, RoboCop 2, RoboCop 3, Carrie, Dressed to Kill, Poltergeist III, Forced Entry, the insanely underrated chiller, Blow Out, Michael Laughlin’s Strange Invaders, and Children of the Corn 666: Isaac’s Return.

Again, happy birthday, Ms. Allen. You’ve given us some terrific films to return to as time moves forward, and we hope you’re having a stellar birthday!
