‘The Dark Tower’ Promo Introduces us to the SKU (That’s Stephen King Universe)

This is a clever promo, I must say. As the trailer runs you’ll notice that we’re being guided through a great number of King’s stories (and subsequent films). From The Shining to Carrie to The Shawshank Redemption and much further,  King’s body of work is unparalleled. And this trailer is nothing short of brilliant and clearly designed to appeal to loyal Stephen King fans. It’s pretty amazing to see!

It might also spark a little curiosity in those who may not be Stephen King fans – He’s been dropping his own Easter Eggs longer than many have been alive. Knowing he blends his realities and transfers his characters from one story to the next should definitely serve as food for thought.
