‘The Transfiguration’ Finally Gets a VOD Date!
Michael O’Shea’s vampire flick, The Transfiguration has done nothing but earn a wealth of praise from early viewers and festival goers. If word of mouth is accurate, this could be the greatest vampire flick since the original Let the Right One In.
We’re excited to tell you that Strand Releasing will usher the film onto VOD outlets come August 8th!
Eric Ruffin, Chloe Levine, Jelly Bean, Phyillicia Bishop, Larry Fessenden and Lloyd Kaufman all appear in the film!
Dig on the trailer below, and prepare yourself – assuming this film is as brilliant as viewers are saying, August 8th will be here before you know it!
Synopsis:
It’s a trip worth taking. O’Shea’s debut feature follows troubled teen Milo (Eric Ruffin), who hides behind his fascination with vampire lore. When he meets the equally alienated Sophie (Chloe Levine), the two form a bond that begins to challenge Milo’s dark obsession, blurring his fantasy into reality. A chilling portrait of violence, The Transfiguration is a stunning atmospheric thriller set against the grit of New York City.
