August 4th is coming, peoples. And do you know what that means? My birthday! Oh yeah, and some movie called ‘The Dark Tower’. Let’s take a look at what all is happening.

August 4th

The Dark Tower

Synopsis: Roland is a gunslinger, a warrior from another world seeking the Dark Tower. The evil Man in Black wants to stop him. Lots of action-packed shooting ensues. Come on, you don’t need a synopsis for this one. Here’s the newest trailer:

Synopsis: Students doing a report on a historical event unearth a werewolf legend from the 19th century, and get more than they bargained for.

August 11th

Annabelle: Creation

Synopsis: A couple take in a nun and a handful of orphans. The ghost of their dead daughter takes over the Annabelle doll and causes trouble. (Seriously, who makes a doll that looks like that and expects it NOT to be evil?)

Synopsis: A young woman is seriously injured in a bus accident, and her father turns her into a decidedly un-simple creature at the cost of some of her humanity.

August 25th

Polaroid

Synopsis: A teenager finds a haunted Polaroid camera that foretells someone’s death after their picture is taken. And God help you if you set the picture on fire!
