‘47 Meters Down’ Hits Digital HD September 12 and Blu-ray & DVD on September 26

If you missed it, you missed a good one. 47 Meters Down (review) was that really rare shark flick that impresses on a universal level. The acting is great, the special effects are excellent, sharks are always terrifying, and, well, being stuck beneath the surface with them sure isn’t fun either! Don’t sweat it, though, if you didn’t catch 47 Meters Down in theaters you’ll be able to see it on Digital HD come September 12^th and Blu-ray & DVD on September 26^th.

The film is directed by Johannes Roberts who co-wrote the script with Ernest Riera.

Mandy Moore, Claire Holt, and Matthew Modine star.

Synopsis:

Two friends are exploring the deep blue sea until something goes wrong. As they submerge 47m they encounter a creature that only wants flesh and blood. As they fight their way back to the top, they shortly run out of oxygen. With only an hour left they’re not only racing against time they are racing against life and death.
