Zombie Kangaroo Short ‘Waterborne’ Arrives on June 15th
Zombies have been popular for what feels like an eternity. But the recent wave of completely outlandish zombie pics (Dead Snow, Zombeavers, Birdemic 2: The Resurrection, for example) feels like an entirely different creature to embrace. These flicks, regardless of how goofy, or even intentionally terrible that they may be, are an absolute blast.
Waterborne looks like another promising sub-genre effort, and it’s headed our way sooner than later.
After a rapturous reception at the Opening Night of St Kilda Film Festival in May, award-winning Australian zombie kangaroo short, ‘Waterborne’, will be made available to watch online from midnight on June 15 for a limited time.
The film will be free to view at www.waterbornemovie.com but fans are also encouraged to follow the official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/waterbornemovie for merchandise giveaways, exclusive behind the scenes content and live Q&A’s with the cast and crew.
Richard Barcaricchio co-writes with Ryan Coonan who steps behind the camera to direct. Chris Bland, Martin Blum, and Don Bridges star.
