‘Paranormal Activity’ Auditions Now Haunting the Web

Well, here’s some cool stuff for those who love not only paranormal films, but the Paranormal Activity franchise, in specific.

Apparently Oren Peli, who directed the franchise kickstarter, happened to be going through an old hard drive when he unearthed these early audition videos that feature the two who would eventually go on to front the film: Micah Sloat and Katie Featherston.

These are entertaining little videos, and it’s easy to see the chemistry between these two and why it worked so well on film.

Speaking of working well on film, the flick grossed more than $190 million worldwide. Not too shabby for a film with a $15,000 budget.
