‘Babadook’s Fabulous New Memes

In case you’ve been living under a rock and missed the best horror film of 2014 (and one of the decade’s best), ‘The Babadook’ is about a (heterosexual) woman suffering from unexpressed grief over the death of her husband, who died the day their son was born. Said grief manifests as a demon who wants to make her do terrible things.

So why is Mr. Dook appearing in gay pride memes? According to Bloodydisgusting.com, Netflix accidentally classified the movie in the LGBT category. And that was all it took for memes to be born. Take a gander, they’re pretty adorable.
