Adaptation of ‘The Ritual’ Coming Soon! (Trailer)

Adam Nevill’s novel ‘The Ritual’ is a compelling read about four chums hiking in the forest and finding they’re not alone. Before long, a dark force begins claiming their lives. Having strong source material will hopefully lead to an original and scary movie. It’s directed by horror veteran David Bruckner, who did ‘The Signal’, ‘Southbound’, and ‘V/H/S’. Cast includes Rafe Spall, Robert James-Collier, Arsher Ali, and Sam Troughton. 

The trailer looks very promising. The film is in post-production and will be released in the U.K. on October 13th, with U.S. distribution hopefully soon to follow.
