Mike Diva’s Short ‘Thresher’ is Absolutely Bonkers!

I’m a freak for short films. I’m also a freak for just about all things H.P. Lovecraft. Michael Dahlquist, aka Mike Diva’s short, Thresher is all about Lovecraftian terror, it’s also exceptionally well-shot and acted.

Captivating from the jump, Thresher focuses on a man trapped in a room, struggling to find the proper combination to a lock that will (hopefully) free him from his confines. But what waits on the other side of the locked door may prove quite surprising and infinitely more dangerous than his current prison.

You’ve got to see this one. It looks absolutely awesome, packs perfect pacing and a really memorable performance from Nick Gregorio.
