Archie to Meet ‘Sharknado’ in ‘Archie vs. Sharknado’!

Okay, so we all love the outlandish Sharknado flicks. They’re as unbelievable as it gets, but they’re a blast. And they’re about to branch out into yet another region of pop culture.

Archie Andrews, longtime comic book staple and the lovable teen of Riverdale will soon find himself smack dab in the middle of a Sharknado as the single shot comic Archie vs. Sharknado is not only in the works, it’s a lock to arrive soon!

Sharknado trilogy director Anthony C. Ferrante will write the 48-page comic, while Archie’s Dan Parent (who insists he’s Sharknado’s biggest fan) will illustrate. Syfy and Archie Comics have announced plans to release the comic the same day Syfy unveils Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! So mark your calendars, Wednesday, July 22nd you’ll have more than one dose of Sharknado madness to swallow whole!
