Swamp Thing

Swamp Thing has been the centerpiece of a wide array of storylines. Sometimes he’s treated in heroic fashion, sometimes he’s treated as a villain, and sometimes he’s recognized as an antihero (and sometimes he’s just the big, nasty green guy who wants to be left alone). No matter what your impression of this beast is, he needs to return to the big screen, and he needs to do so in a horror film, as the focal antagonist. He’s a terrifying sight to behold, and he’s got the brute force (and potential motivation) to massacre countless swamp-goers. Wes Craven’s film has some awesome nostalgic charm working for it, but given the technological advancements made in the realm of celluloid, this creature could look absolutely paralyzing today, and with the proper filmmaker at the helm, he could slaughter in some mighty creative ways!
