This is a no-brainer right? Spectre, back when he was just your average guy, found himself stuffed into a cement filled barrel and chucked into the black depths of the ocean. But Spectre didn’t get to rest, he was forced to remain on earth as a phantom like creature, and if he needs to, he’ll straighten a hooligan out with no second thought. But what if Spectre was a full-fledged bad guy? He’s got very few weaknesses, and he’s already a scary individual. Seeing this supernatural stud embark on a murder spree would be insane… and insanely cool. The character has always been a bit overlooked, but placing him in the driver’s seat of a horror film… with an innocent young dame duct taped in the back seat just sounds riveting. This could conceivably be the most frightening onscreen character featured on this list!
