Michelle Rodriguez has done a lot for our genre. From tearing through the undead in Resident Evil and Resident Evil: Retribution to being one of the only good things to emerge unscathed from Uwe Boll’s BloodRayne to being the sexiest college kid in The Breed to toughing it out in the awesome exploitation flicks, Machete and Machete Kills, she’s always brought a unique blend of sex appeal and bad ass to the screen, and we can’t help but respect that immensely.

I’ve also got an enormous crush on this lovely lady, which only further compels me to say, happy birthday, Ms. Rodriguez. 39 is treating you quite well! May you continue to slaughter the weak in our amazing genre!
