The ‘Boots on the Ground’ Trailer Looks Like a Potential Win for Found Footage

Boots on the Ground movie Boots on the Ground

Sometimes I love these found footage flicks, and sometimes I loathe them. But when a new entry in the sub-genre comes along, and it manages to look truly intriguing, it’s got to be spoken of and brought to the attention of the masses. Boots on the Ground looks like just that film, and the trailer supports the idea that there may be something special on the way very soon!

Louis Melville, who had a hand in the memorable piece, The Last Horror Movie will handle writing and directorial duties.

Ian Virgo, Tom Ainsley, Valmike Rampersad, Ryan McParland and Sally Day star.

It looks as though this one won’t arrive until 2018, but we’ll certainly keep you up to speec on release details!

Synopsis:

The story of five British soldiers trying to stay alive on the last night of the Afghan War, facing not just the Taliban, but also supernatural forces more terrifying than anything they’ve encountered before.
