This has been a week of exciting news in the John Carpenter world. Yesterday’s announcement that Jamie Lee Curtis would be returning to her role as Laurie Strode in the next installment of the Halloween franchise, was the hottest horror news around.

Equally exciting was Carpenter’s release of the new music video Christine in anticipation of his newest album titled Anthology: Movie Themes 1974-1998, available October 20.

If you know me at all, you know that I love Christine, and this music video perfectly captures the essence of the film while standing alone as it’s own piece of killer car lore.

The album will be released on Sacred Bones Records October 20, 2017.
