Stephen King’s ‘It’ Fronting the Charge as Clowns Trend in Horror; 10 Scariest Clown Films in Existence

08 All Hallows’ Eve

All Hallows’ Eve reminds me a bit of The Legend of Wasco. Not in the sense of similar story details, but rather the low budget, somewhat grainy look of the flick. It’s an ugly picture, and that ugliness somehow amplifies and intensifies the impact of the gnarly clown you’ll see on most of the movie’s promotional images. He’s got good moments, and he makes them count.

This one, overall, I’d deem a bit more enjoyable than The Legend of Wasco. It’s also a more frightening experience. It’s an anthology with a few chilling segments, and the diversity alone pushes it comfortably ahead of TLOW. This is a fun, underrated little flick that pays strong homage to the season we all adore. So, if you’re looking to beef up your Halloween viewing options, keep this one in mind.
