10 Ultraviolent Films That Shock to the Core

To be entirely honest, I’m not even sure how to break this movie down. I mean, really, we’ve all seen it. We all know how radically disgusting the film is, and we all know what sadistic games the Cenobites have in store for any unsuspecting soul who tampers with the devilish equivalent of Pandora’s Box.

Amazingly, Hellraiser still holds up in 2016, not taking on a truly dated look, so much as a classical murky aesthetic that harkens back to efforts of the 1970s. And those awe inspiring practical effects still feel as amazing today as they did in 1987, and they still look radically superior than the bulk of CGI-heavy flicks.
